2. What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or similar tracking. It does not store anything in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner.
3. Data processed when you visit
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. When you contact us
The project form on this website does not send or store anything. It only prepares the text of an email in your browser. You decide whether to send it from your own email program.
When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message. We use this to answer you and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process this data in the United States. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
5. How long we keep data
We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and follow up. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires or as needed to establish or defend legal claims.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@ak31lab.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
7. Visitors from the United States
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it treats all browsers the same way, whether or not they send a "Do Not Track" signal.
8. Changes
If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
